How donations are processed<\/h2>\n    <p>Donations made through this website are processed securely by our third-party payment partners, including Stripe (for card payments) and, where available, mobile money partners for MTN Mobile Money and Orange Money. One Life Cameroon does not directly collect or store your card number or mobile money PIN \u2014 these are handled entirely by our payment providers under their own security standards.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"one-time-recurring\">2. One-time and recurring donations<\/h2>\n    <p>You may choose to make a one-time donation or, where offered, set up a recurring monthly or annual donation. Recurring donations will continue to be charged automatically until you cancel them. To cancel or modify a recurring donation, contact us at <a href=\"mailto:info@onelifecmr.com.\">info@onelifecmr.com.<\/a> or use the cancellation option provided by our payment processor, where available.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"use-of-funds\">3. How your donation is used<\/h2>\n    <p>Donations support One Life Cameroon&#8217;s programmes across clean water access, nutrition and food systems, healthcare awareness, and sustainable economic development. Where a donation is made toward a specific project, we make reasonable efforts to direct funds accordingly; however, we reserve the right to allocate funds to the area of greatest need if a specific project is completed, delayed, or no longer requires additional funding. Our Annual Reports provide a detailed account of how funds are used each year.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"refunds\">4. Refund policy<\/h2>\n    <p>Donations are generally non-refundable, as funds may be allocated to programmes shortly after being received. However, if you believe a donation was made in error (for example, a duplicate charge or incorrect amount), please contact us within 14 days at <a href=\"mailto:[NEW_WEBEMAIL]\">[NEW_WEBEMAIL]<\/a>, and we will review your request in good faith.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"fees-currency\">5. Fees and currency<\/h2>\n    <p>Payment processors may apply transaction fees, which are deducted before funds reach One Life Cameroon. Donations may be processed in USD, EUR, XAF, or another currency depending on the payment method selected; currency conversion, where applicable, is handled by the payment processor at their prevailing exchange rate.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"failed\">6. Failed or disputed transactions<\/h2>\n    <p>If a donation fails to process, no charge should be applied to your account; please check with your bank or mobile money provider if you are uncertain. If you wish to dispute a charge, please contact us first at <a href=\"mailto:info@onelifecmr.com\">info@onelifecmr.com<\/a> so we can help resolve the issue directly before involving your payment provider.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"receipts\">7. Donation receipts<\/h2>\n    <p> A confirmation email is sent automatically upon successful donation.<\/p>\n\n    <h2 id=\"changes\">8. Changes to these terms<\/h2>\n    <p>We may update these Donation Terms from time to time to reflect changes in our payment processes or applicable law.
