Lasting change doesn’t start with a solution, it starts with a question: what does this community actually need? At One Life Cameroon, every project follows the same four-step path: we assess needs on the ground, engage the leaders and families who will carry the work forward, plan with clear goals and timelines, and partner with local and international organizations to multiply our impact. It’s a deliberate, community-driven process, because the projects that last are the ones communities help build.
